儿子很喜欢。他评价说是horrible science最有趣的书叫angry animals,超级有趣的一本书就是它。讲了好多动物，有鲨鱼，鳄鱼，bear,还有很多。愤怒的时候还可以杀人。挺危险的，可是最危险是我们人类。

知识量非常大，我觉得这套书适合放在手边，先从自己喜欢的内容开始，有时间了就看一页半页，随便打开哪里都可以看一点，随便欣赏获得一点有趣的语言和科学知识，哪怕就是单单看几幅漫画，都会是一种潜移默化的积累和成长。

第一次读这样的科学书，第一遍与中文版对照看，后来自己突发奇想要搞个网课，和小伙伴一起排课，选择朗读内容，还有提问回答环节，目前搞了三章了😂我觉得这一遍算是精读了，起码每一章的全文都要朗读一遍，不会的发音要提前查出来，不少内容都加深了印象。“老师们”态度很端正，还会根据意见改进下次课的内容😂😂

horrible这个系列真是太合10岁左右孩子的胃口了，尤其是男孩子，各种奇怪的偏门知识，各种搞笑无厘头，属于能让小糯一边看一边乐的书。
书都不厚，但是信息密度很高，适合查阅或者反复读。能读通一本就非常好了，可惜现在他还是在囫囵吞枣阶段。
