i think the book 《 bud, not buddy 》is a very intriguing story. it tells us the story of the boy bud, who was a black orphan, his mother died when he was six years old, and after he leaves his orphanage, he starts looking for whom he thought was a father -- herman. e. callaway, but at last found out that harmon. e. callaway was actually his mom's father, which meant bud's grandfather, and after his encounters on the roads to find his father, he always has the hope that when another door closes another door out would open for him, like another opportunity.
